L'intera infrastruttura antispam e antivirus di Spin è
stata disegnata attorno alla esigenze delle piccole e medie
imprese e degli studi professionali, spesso già dotati
di un proprio mailserver.
Il sistema di filtraggio Spin può essere aggiunto
con un minimo impatto sull'organizzazione del sistema di
posta esistente
in forma di uno strato "logico" protettivo situato tra la rete ed
il proprio server (connesso alla rete attraverso qualsiasi
provider, con una
connessione dialup oppure permanente). I messaggi
entrano nella rete Spin, vengono analizzati dal sistema

a Milano (di cui è tra i soci fondatori), garantendo
uno scambio di posta veloce con tutti gli ISP nazionali
più importanti.
Accanto a questa tipologia di servizio, è anche
ovviamente possibile alloggiare le mailbox aziendali
direttamente sui servers di Spin (outsourcing completo).
Spin può anche effettuare installazioni di servers
antispam e antivirus presso la rete del cliente, costruiti
e interamente gestiti remotamente da Spin
con interventi in tempo reale per arginare eventi di spam
osservati in rete, e dotati di antivirus pure aggiornati
in tempo reale. Questa scelta è
l'ideale per le organizzazioni medie o grandi che
desiderano avere la
propria posta trattata esclusivamente da server locali.
Anche in questo caso
il server o i servers si aggiungono all'infrastruttura
esistente come uno strato protettivo addizionale,
la cui messa in opera comporta cambiamenti minimi.

The whole antispam and antivirus infrastructure of Spin
has been designed around the needs of small and medium
businesses and of professional offices, which in many
cases already have a mailserver in place.
The Spin filtering system can be added with a minimal
impact on the overall organization of the existing mail system
as a "logical" protective layer inserted between the
network and your server (connected to the
Internet through any provider, with either a dialed or
permanent connection).
Messages will first enter the Spin network to be analyzed by
the filtering system, and will be then delivered to the
final destination, with a delay due to the additional
path and processing time contained within a few seconds.
Spin has robustly sized connections with the international
Internet, and is directly present at the national exchange
point Mix
in Milan (of which we are among the founding members),
guaranteeing a fast mail flow.
Of course you can also choose to place all your company
mailboxes directly on the Spin servers (full outsourcing).
Spin can also install antispam/antivirus servers on the
customer's network. These servers are built and totally
maintained by Spin. Actions to protect from spam events
observed on the network take place in real time, and
the antivirus engines are also updated in real time.
This choice is ideal for the medium or large organizations
who prefer to have their mail processed exclusively by
local servers. Again,
the server(s) are added to the existing infrastructure
as an additional protection layer between the outside and
the inside, with minimal modifications of the mail setup.
